We are in search of a full-time Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant (RTA) to become a part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and execute established patient treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, referring physicians, and other team members.
Provide timely written documentation in accordance with facility and department requirements.
Enhance clinical and professional skills through ongoing education and professional associations.
Submit timely written documentation as required by insurance providers to meet licensing, certification, regulatory, and reimbursement standards.
Support and engage in department operations and development.
Report any changes in patient status or needs to the supervising therapist promptly.

Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant program.
Able to practice without restrictions.
In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards.
Working knowledge of Medicare and other payer sources.
Comprehensive understanding of resident's rights.
Exhibits professionalism in presentation.
Ability to multitask effectively.
Must be proficient in reading, writing, speaking, understanding, and communicating in English.
CPR certification required.
