Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Travel Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Synergy Medical Staffing. As a Travel Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and provide high-quality care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of Oregon.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in a hospital or rehabilitation setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
