Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.

  • Develop and implement therapeutic programs to promote patient independence and functional ability.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Active State Certified Occupational Therapist License
  • CPR/BLS Certification
  • Covid Vaccine Requirement
  • 1 or more years of experience in occupational therapy
