Account Based Marketing Manager

Renesas Electronics is seeking a skilled Account Based Marketing Manager to support our growing customer engagement effort. This role focuses on managing our ABM platform and executing advertising campaigns to retarget and nurture key contacts, ultimately driving qualified leads and revenue.
The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in digital marketing roles, delivering to defined KPIs and working hands-on with marketing platforms. Key responsibilities include serving as administrator for the ABM platform, performing hands-on campaign setup, creating audiences, and launching programs.
Additionally, the successful candidate will execute ABM promotional programs to generate leads and opportunities, consult on ABM best practices, and provide recommendations for optimization. Strong analytical thinking skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work with all levels of marketing staff are essential.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, a minimum of 5 to 10 years of marketing experience, specifically working on B2B digital marketing programs, and experience with ABM platforms. Strong project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to multi-task and identify areas for optimization, are also required.
Experience with CRM software, the semiconductor industry, and Google Analytics and/or Google Data Studio are stand-out qualifications. The project timeline is 6 months, with the possibility of extension, and the contractor will work 25-30 hours per week.
