Job Description

We are seeking a Residential Support Coordinator to join our team at Tailwind Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating resident relations, marketing campaigns, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing current and future resident relations, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Partner with the Property Manager to develop and implement marketing campaigns, promoting the property and attracting new residents.
  • Coordinate community events, fostering a sense of community among residents and promoting a positive living experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field, and/or one or more years of progressive experience in student housing.

Salary

$43,000 - $48,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
