Career Opportunity">We are seeking an experienced Medical Support Coordinator to join our team. As a Medical Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication and workflow between various departments and staff. Your primary responsibilities will include performing secretarial and clerical duties, maintaining group calendars, making copies and distributing minutes and agendas, organizing events, and maintaining distribution lists.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- One year of administrative support experience is necessary.
- Credentialing is also required.
- You must have excellent communication (written, verbal, and interpersonal) skills.
- Proficiency in typing/keyboard skills and word processing software is essential.
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
