Job Title: Behavioral Health Professional

About the Role:

As a Behavioral Health Professional, you'll work directly with children and young adults, following a detailed treatment plan with goals specific to each individual's needs.

You'll focus on behavioral regulation and coping skills to increase overall skill development and promote independence.

Ensuring client health and safety is a top priority, and you'll work collaboratively with others to achieve the best outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  1. Follow a detailed treatment plan with goals specific to each child's needs.
  2. Focusing on behavioral regulation and coping skills to increase overall skill development and promote independence.
  3. Ensure client health and safety.
  4. Work with others in the interest of the individuals we support.
  5. Proper documentation compliance in accordance with State of ME regulatory guidelines and practices, using the ClearCare/Well Sky phone app.
Qualifications:
  1. One year of BHP experience is required.
  2. High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  3. At least 18 years of age.
  4. Legally eligible to work in the United States.
  5. Pass a criminal, drug, and background check.
  6. Three references.
  7. Own a smartphone.
  8. Able to keep online records and communicate via email.
  9. Have a valid Driver's License and Social Security Card.
  10. Reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
