Job Title: Manager, Provider Network Management LTSS

Location: Kansas

Hours: M – F Standard Working hours

Travel: Hybrid (1-2 days onsite) 20% Travel with potential overnight as needed

Job Summary:

Directs the activities related to the development and maintenance of the company's Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) provider delivery system through the provider relations representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directs the communication and complaint resolution strategies between providers, members, and the public
  • Ensures the LTSS provider network has the resources, tools, and supports necessary to deliver high-quality care to members
  • Represents the Anthem's LTSS program and provider relations team in various external stakeholders
  • Responsible for budget accountability
  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports
Requirements:
  • Requires a BA/BS degree in business or related health field and a minimum of 7 years' experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
  • Previous management experience preferred
  • LTSS Provider experience preferred
  • Support Coordination/Care Coordination experience a plus
  • Strong Public Speaking experience preferred
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills preferred
