Key Responsibilities
  • Assume accountability for the overall planning, coordination, and delivery of services in our medical practices.
  • Collaborate with physician operations leadership to develop and implement programs and services that support the mission, vision, and strategic direction of Saint Luke's Health System.
  • Provide practice management for multiple locations, typically supporting 20 providers and a support staff of over 50 employees.
  • Identify needs, plan, and successfully work within practice budgets to achieve continuous financial, quality, and patient satisfaction improvement.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of applicable experience in healthcare operations or a related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
