The successful candidate will demonstrate a history of effectively managing intricate healthcare organizations, ensuring adherence to regulations, and promoting excellence in resident care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring alignment with state and federal regulations
  • Provide strategic direction and support to department leaders and personnel
  • Formulate and execute policies, procedures, and initiatives to improve resident care and services
  • Oversee financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet facility objectives
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork
  • Ensure readiness for inspections and manage the inspection processes

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or in a comparable leadership position
  • In-depth knowledge of state and federal regulations, including CMS standards
  • Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities, with a talent for motivating and inspiring teams
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
  • Willingness to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred
