Job Overview

The Health Account Manager at AdTheorent is responsible for managing the client relationship after the sale, ensuring exceptional service through effective campaign management, relationship building, client retention, and additional sales opportunities. This role involves regular communication with clients and collaboration with various internal departments and partners on behalf of the clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain multi-channel, programmatic advertising campaigns within the Health and Pharma sectors, collaborating with clients and internal teams to enhance customer engagement.
  • Act as the primary contact for designated accounts, ensuring that client deliverables and campaign requirements are fulfilled promptly.
  • Work closely with internal teams to create Health-specific target audiences, ensure timely campaign launches, and optimize performance throughout the campaign duration.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of AdTheorent's Health products and services to identify upselling opportunities aligned with client needs.
  • Collaborate with Data Analytics to generate regular and post-campaign performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales Managers to strategize and implement optimization techniques to maximize campaign outcomes for clients and health audiences.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction with every interaction.
  • Stay informed about advancements in digital media and industry technologies relevant to the Health and Pharma sectors.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role within programmatic advertising, account management, customer success, or media planning.
  • Previous account management experience in an ad tech or media company is essential; experience with Health and Pharma campaigns is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of interactive media planning, buying, and success metrics (e.g., NPI Reach, Audience Quality, CPQA, CTR, CPA, CPM).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Google Analytics, DCM, DoubleVerify, IAS, IQVIA, IPSOS, Crossix, Symphony, and NPI Insights & Reporting.
  • Understanding of the programmatic landscape, including bid management and campaign optimization strategies.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret campaign data to propose solutions that yield optimal results for clients.
  • Exhibit independence, confidence, and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range: $62,500-$70,000 base plus commission. Comprehensive health coverage, generous paid time off, and a recognized positive workplace culture are offered.

The salary range provided reflects AdTheorent's current evaluation for this position. The final salary will be determined based on experience, education, skills, and other relevant factors.
