Job Overview

Accident Centers of Texas is a leading multidisciplinary practice specializing in physical therapy and chiropractic services. We are in search of a proactive and results-driven Marketing Specialist to enhance our marketing initiatives. This role is vital for expanding our clientele and boosting revenue through strategic partnerships with accident attorneys and other key entities.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development:
  • Establish and nurture connections with accident attorneys, insurance firms, rehabilitation facilities, and other pertinent organizations to generate referrals and collaborations.
  • Create strategic partnerships and referral networks aimed at driving patient referrals and increasing organizational revenue.
Marketing Strategy:
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the services of our healthcare professionals, targeting accident victims, legal experts, and healthcare providers.
  • Design marketing materials, presentations, and campaigns specifically tailored to effectively engage and attract our target demographics.
Digital Marketing and Online Presence:
  • Collaborate with the digital team to enhance our online presence, including our website, social media channels, and online directories, to improve visibility and attract potential clients.
Event Coordination and Networking:
  • Organize and manage events, seminars, and workshops aimed at attorneys, insurance adjusters, and other potential referral sources to build relationships and promote our services.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and foster partnerships.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Evaluate marketing and business development efforts, monitor key performance indicators, and analyze return on investment to refine strategies and campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting successes, challenges, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or sales, ideally within a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the legal services market, particularly in accident and personal injury cases, along with familiarity with medical terminology.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
  • Highly organized with robust project management capabilities and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
