Job Overview

We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Field Marketing Specialist to join our reputable organization, 99 Healthcare Management, focused on enhancing cardiology services in the Dallas and Rockwall regions. This role necessitates travel 2-3 days a week to build and maintain relationships with referral sources.

The primary responsibility of this position is to design and implement effective marketing strategies aimed at promoting our cardiology services, boosting patient engagement, and increasing the visibility of our practice in the targeted areas. Your main goal will be to execute focused marketing campaigns, cultivate strong connections with referring healthcare providers, and actively participate in local community initiatives to broaden our patient outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic field marketing initiatives to elevate our cardiology practice's presence in the Dallas and Rockwall areas.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to produce engaging content, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials, that effectively convey the advantages of our cardiology services to the intended audience.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with referring physicians, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals in the Dallas and Rockwall areas to enhance patient referrals and foster collaborative partnerships.
  • Organize and manage local events, health fairs, and community outreach programs to raise awareness of our cardiology practice and educate the public on cardiovascular health.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis specific to the Dallas and Rockwall regions to identify opportunities, market trends, and competitive insights to guide marketing strategies.
  • Utilize diverse marketing channels, including digital platforms, social media, email marketing, and print media, to deliver targeted messaging and enhance patient engagement.
  • Evaluate and analyze the success of marketing initiatives, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates on campaign results and return on investment (ROI).
  • Stay informed about industry advancements, developments in cardiology, and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including physicians, practice managers, and administrative staff, to ensure marketing efforts align with organizational goals.
  • Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and marketing guidelines.
  • Travel is required 2-3 days a week within the designated service areas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated success in field marketing, preferably within the healthcare sector or a cardiology setting.
  • Strong grasp of marketing principles and strategies, with proven expertise in crafting and executing effective marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with cardiology terminology, procedures, and services is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with referring physicians, healthcare professionals, and community members.
  • Proficient in data analysis, identifying insights, and making informed decisions to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms, social media management, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Self-driven with the capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness to attend evening or weekend events as necessary.
  • Valid driver's license and readiness to travel for meetings, events, and collaborations.
