Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to spearhead our digital marketing initiatives, craft promotional materials, and support customer engagement events and trade shows. This role provides an excellent opportunity for professional development and growth within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for both digital and print formats, including social media content, brochures, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and stakeholders to produce visual content that enhances marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive aesthetic across all marketing materials.
  • Utilize design software such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to generate high-quality content.
  • Stay informed about the latest design trends to foster creativity and innovation.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop engaging video content and graphics for various social media platforms.
  • Implement a social media strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives.
  • Schedule and manage regular posts across all channels, fostering community interaction.
  • Analyze social media metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and refine strategies accordingly.

Event Coordination:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Oversee logistics, including venue selection and vendor coordination.
  • Create promotional materials such as banners and flyers for events.
  • Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations and attendee engagement.

Content Creation:

  • Produce compelling written content for various marketing channels, ensuring alignment with overall strategy.
  • Edit and proofread materials to maintain high standards of quality and brand consistency.
  • Incorporate SEO best practices into written content to enhance online visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing or design roles.
  • Familiarity with the manufacturing or oil & gas sectors is advantageous.

Skills and Competencies

  • Proficient in graphic design and video editing, particularly using Canva.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging content across various platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset with effective communication skills.
