Position Overview:
Are you seeking a role that allows you to make a significant impact in the lives of others? As a Direct Support Professional, you will engage in fulfilling work that is essential to our mission.
- Deliver training, support, and supervision to individuals receiving care, focusing on daily living skills, therapeutic activities, and other necessary assistance in both residential and community environments.
- Assist with essential daily tasks such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, shopping, cleaning, and medication management.
- Facilitate positive relationships between employers and the individuals we serve, promoting community engagement through outings and transportation to various activities.
- Collaborate closely with our clinical team to implement therapeutic and behavioral strategies effectively.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Six months to one year of experience in the human services sector.
- Valid Driver's License from your state of residence.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Successful completion of background checks.

- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and effective communication skills.
