Job Overview

The Night Auditor plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and accounting processes. Reporting to the night shift, this individual is responsible for assisting guests with their overnight requests and balancing accounts from the day shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests upon arrival and check them in, providing necessary information for their stay.
  • Process invoices, post checks to vendors, and distribute employee checks.
  • Respond to guest complaints, requests, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reconcile all accounts efficiently and accurately.
  • Verify that all EOD work has been performed by other departments.
  • Schedule guest wake-up calls and reservations for the following day.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints as needed.
  • Answer phones and place reservations.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and math skills are essential for success in this role.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service or hospitality is required.
  • Able to learn computer functions and other on-the-job skills quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail is crucial for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to multitask are necessary for this dynamic environment.
  • Solid customer service skills, including written and verbal communication, are essential.
