About The Alora Laser Spa:Located In Warwick, NY
Job Responsibilities:
- Must be able to answer phone calls, help clients over the phone with anything they may need, and schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
- Prep clients for their service.
- Prep and clean rooms for the clients.
- Tasks include watering plants/dusting/laundry/sweeping/mopping/making the beds etc.
- Help in maintaining spa cleanliness.
- Serve the client's coffee or tea and other requirements they need.
- Must be able to keep up with a busy schedule and be customer service-oriented. (Training is available.)
- Keep up with a positive environment for customers and other employees.
- Needs to be willing to work during our hours. (From Morning - Evening)
- Be able to have a flexible schedule.
- Must be willing to work cleaning/stocking/laundry/ with efficiently.
- Dress professionally: Must wear scrubs/Similar attire.
Administrative Duties:
- Scheduling.
- Stocking supplies.
- Sorting and sending mail.
- Answering and routing phone calls.
- Managing social media.
- Greeting visitors.
- Social Media posting
- keep a record of clients visit and post-visits.
Financial Duties:
- Processing payments.
