Position Overview

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a crucial role in supporting patient care services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). This position requires the ability to perform specific tasks with competence and safety, adhering to established nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver care in accordance with physician directives and the established care plan.
  • Accurately document completed tasks, including monitoring vital signs, assisting with physical activities, and maintaining patient records.
  • Engage in effective communication with the RN Case Manager, participate in team meetings, and contribute to the overall healthcare team.
  • Follow company policies, maintain professional standards, and ensure thorough clinical documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Completion of an accredited CNA program, valid state certification, relevant professional experience, and successful completion of competency assessments and health screenings.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment in patient care situations.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual compensation ranges from $18,880 to $71,760, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
