Territory Sales Representative

**Job Summary**
Shamrock Trading Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in strategic markets throughout the assigned region.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business growth and revenue expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including client leadership teams and internal teams
- Present and explain financial products and their value to prospective clients
- Manage and maintain a robust pipeline to achieve monthly sales goals
- Track metrics for all programs and activities in CRM
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 3+ years of territory sales/business development experience
- Demonstrated record of success providing professional, solutions-based sales over the phone
- Extensive knowledge in sales development and driving new sales revenue
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-growing market
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Capacity to assume more responsibilities over time
- Financial background is a plus
- Bilingual skills with fluency in English and Spanish are a must
