Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Manager to join our team at Injured Workers Pharmacy. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute territory plans that align with our sales strategy and objectives
- Prospect and develop new business relationships using a variety of sales techniques
- Identify and connect with decision makers and influencers to gain buy-in for our unique value proposition
- Inspect current accounts for unmet needs and service deficiencies to provide recommended solutions
- Communicate our value proposition through in-person sales presentations and electronic communications
- Measure initial referral source and cultivate referral increase
- Closing self-generated business opportunities
- Gaining additional referrals through building strong business relationships
- Managing and growing a dedicated sales territory
- Conducting quarterly and annual business planning with Director, Regional Sales
- Establishing effective working relationships with various industries
- Completing all administrative duties, including expense submission, travel planning, and Salesforce maintenance
- A minimum of two years of experience in business-to-business outside sales, preferably with a top producer track record
- Documented sales history and awards
- Experience building relationships with established key strategic partners or key opinion leaders
- Highly self-motivated with excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Keen at building customer relationships and providing appropriate levels of customer service
- Technically savvy with a demonstrated proficiency in various software applications
- Able to travel locally and nationally, including attendance at regional and national sales meetings
