Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2+ years of senior-level management experience in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment.
  • Knowledge: Extensive front-of-house knowledge and advanced knowledge of financial aspects.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, stable and progressive work history, and a strong work ethic.
