Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing essential projects that bolster the effectiveness of the company's marketing initiatives and contribute to achieving business objectives.

A solid grasp of marketing fundamentals and exceptional communication abilities are crucial for enhancing brand visibility, broadening the customer base, supporting sales teams, and crafting impactful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate across departments with Marketing Operations and Data teams to enhance the omni-channel experience for our customers and sales organization.
- Serve as the primary contact for local branches and sales teams regarding requests and feedback.
- Organize local marketing events that align with brand standards and support sales objectives.
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of products and solutions to create more effective marketing strategies.
- Document procedures, processes, and workflows, recommending enhancements for greater efficiency within the marketing team.
- Assist in all internal and external marketing initiatives, generating content for projects and campaigns to boost lead generation.
- Explore new marketing and promotional avenues.
- Improve branding and customer experiences within branches.
- Critically analyze existing marketing materials to identify areas for enhancement.
- Implement strategies to increase online visibility.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, applying innovative methods to drive growth.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience with integrated B2B marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with various marketing channels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills to extract actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Outstanding time management and prioritization abilities.
