This role involves guiding and mentoring franchisees in their marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to formulate the annual marketing strategy, utilizing market insights and performance metrics to drive outcomes.
- Implement a Brand Research and Refinement strategy, which includes updating marketing materials (both digital and print) and training franchisees on the new approach.
- Develop scalable marketing tactics for franchise and corporate locations based on the approved annual marketing plan.
- Oversee and enhance the performance of digital and traditional advertising utilized by franchisees, in coordination with the Franchise Operations Team.
- Regularly review and audit marketing campaigns to ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Drive lead generation objectives and results by collaborating with the Marketing Director to create effective solutions.
- Engage with franchisees to boost lead generation and identify additional local marketing opportunities.
- Prioritize marketing initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
- Contribute to the quarterly and annual planning of marketing team objectives.
- Provide competitive analysis updates on a quarterly basis.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing KPIs across the system and franchise locations.
This position operates in a professional office setting remotely, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, smartphones, and video conferencing tools.
Physical Requirements
The physical demands of this role include regular walking, talking, seeing, and hearing. The ability to lift up to 25 pounds is required.
Position Type
This is a full-time, exempt role requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, with potential evening and weekend work as necessary.
Travel Requirements
Travel is primarily expected during business days, with occasional overnight trips based on job responsibilities. Some travel may occur on weekends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent franchise experience. Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the franchise or beauty and wellness sectors.
- Strong understanding of web analytics, Google Ads, and social media management.
- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools, ideally with systems that integrate with Salesforce.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
- Strategic thinking and planning skills.
- Willingness to travel for annual meetings and events.
