Position Overview:

At SageSure, we are seeking a dedicated Field Property Claims Adjuster to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will enhance customer satisfaction by utilizing your investigative and assessment skills to manage a diverse range of homeowner claims. Your role will involve traveling to various loss locations to perform thorough damage evaluations and coverage assessments, as well as preparing repair estimates when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and estimations for first-party homeowners and commercial claims.

    • Investigate and analyze coverage and damage concerns, effectively communicating your insights to clients.

    • Collaborate with external stakeholders (such as contractors, public adjusters, and legal representatives) and internal teams to navigate complex claims.

    • Identify potentially fraudulent claims, recommending investigations by the Special Investigations Unit (SIU) when warranted.

    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal protocols while managing claims.

    • Provide support during catastrophic events, which may include overtime and deployment as required.

    • Perform additional duties as necessary to uphold our mission and values.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in field property claims.
  • Proficiency in Claims Connect/Symbility estimating, particularly with large loss scenarios.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Empathetic interpersonal abilities.
  • Must hold an adjuster license in your home state or possess a non-resident license if applicable; must meet licensing requirements for additional states as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with large and complex loss estimation and claims management.

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

    • Background in catastrophe-focused environments.

    • Relevant professional designations.
