Position Overview:

In this pivotal role, you will enhance customer satisfaction by utilizing your investigative and estimation expertise to manage a diverse range of homeowner claims within a dynamic team setting. Your responsibilities will include traveling to loss locations to perform damage assessments and coverage evaluations, and, when warranted, drafting repair estimates. As a valued member of the SageSure Field Claims Team, you will significantly contribute to assisting our policyholders in restoring their properties to pre-loss conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and estimate first-party homeowner and commercial claims.

    • Investigate and analyze coverage and damage matters, effectively communicating your conclusions to clients.

    • Collaborate with external stakeholders (contractors, public adjusters, attorneys, etc.) and internal partners to navigate complex claims.

    • Detect suspicious claims, recommending SIU reviews and aiding in investigations as necessary.

    • Manage claims in accordance with all relevant regulations and internal protocols.

    • Provide support during catastrophe responses, which may include potential overtime and deployment.

    • Perform any additional tasks required to advance our mission and uphold our values.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in field property claims.
  • Proficiency in Claims Connect/Symbility estimating, including large loss estimation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Compassionate interpersonal skills.
  • Adjuster licensed in your home state or possesses a non-resident license if not required; meets licensing criteria for additional states as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in large/complex loss estimation and claims management.

    • Bachelor's degree.

    • Background in catastrophe-focused environments.

    • Relevant professional designations.
