In this pivotal position, you will enhance the customer experience by utilizing your investigative and estimation expertise to manage a diverse range of homeowner claims within a vibrant team setting. Your responsibilities will include traveling to loss locations to perform damage assessments and coverage evaluations, and when necessary, drafting repair estimates. As a key member of the SageSure Field Claims Team, you will have the chance to significantly contribute to restoring our policyholders to their pre-loss state.
Key Responsibilities:

• Detect suspicious claims, recommending SIU reviews and assisting in investigations as needed.
• Ensure claims are handled in accordance with all relevant regulations and internal protocols.
• Provide support during catastrophe responses, which may include overtime and deployment.
• Perform any additional tasks necessary to further our mission and uphold our values.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in field property claims.
- Proficiency in Claims Connect/Symbility estimating, particularly with large loss evaluations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Empathetic interpersonal abilities.
- Adjuster license in your home state or a non-resident license if required; must meet licensing criteria for additional states as necessary.
- Experience with large and complex loss estimation and claims management.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Background in catastrophe-focused environments.
• Relevant professional designations.
At SageSure's Claims Team, your role extends beyond merely investigating and resolving claims. You will be at the forefront of developing a premier claims handling strategy that integrates innovative technology to support our customers, agents, and employees. As part of this customer-centric, process-driven team, you will represent SageSure, assisting our policyholders during some of their most challenging moments. Whether in a formal leadership capacity or as a vital team contributor, you will mentor and engage with colleagues, fostering an environment that encourages excellence and drives change.
Your ability to simplify complex processes for those outside the industry will be invaluable, as will your understanding of the importance of aligning communication tools with customer preferences.
