Sales Development Executive

Wheels America is seeking a dynamic, analytical, and self-motivated individual to fill the role of Business Development Manager. As a leading provider of refurbished OEM wheels in the nation, we are looking to broaden our reach and enhance our brand recognition across the country.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Expanding our market presence beyond local storefronts.
- Educating potential customers about our cost-effective solutions for OEM wheels.
- Utilizing digital and social media platforms to engage with prospects while also fostering in-person relationships.
We expect our ideal candidate to analyze historical sales data to formulate effective strategies for growth. A passion for the automotive industry, particularly in the areas of tires and wheels, is essential. You will also be tasked with cultivating relationships with both competitors and key customers.
This position includes the management of a small sales team, with the potential for future expansion. You will be instrumental in creating, developing, and leading this team towards success.
Additionally, your role will involve preparation and attendance at several key trade shows throughout the year, which are crucial for networking and brand visibility.
