Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide worldwide customer support for our software products.
  • Prepare internal user instructions and documentation for the Support Team.
  • Document, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve incidents and requests through to completion.
  • Support our Cloud environment, including troubleshooting, monitoring, patching, and installation.
  • Support our on-premise software solutions, including troubleshooting, monitoring, patching, installation, upgrades, and disaster recovery.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to improve software quality by solving recurring support issues.
  • Occasional travel to international locations may be required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
  • 5+ years of technical support experience preferred.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform or other cloud platforms in an industrial environment is a plus.
  • Experience working with SCADA software or other industrial software is a plus.
  • Experience working with Linux Environments in an industrial environment is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask and demonstrate strong organization skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in both independent and team settings.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to international destinations for training and other purposes.

Salary range starts at $90,000 and upward based on relevant skills and experience.
