Key Responsibilities:
- Provide worldwide customer support for our software products.
- Prepare internal user instructions and documentation for the Support Team.
- Document, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve incidents and requests through to completion.
- Support our Cloud environment, including troubleshooting, monitoring, patching, and installation.
- Support our on-premise software solutions, including troubleshooting, monitoring, patching, installation, upgrades, and disaster recovery.
- Collaborate with Product Management to improve software quality by solving recurring support issues.
- Occasional travel to international locations may be required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- 5+ years of technical support experience preferred.
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform or other cloud platforms in an industrial environment is a plus.
- Experience working with SCADA software or other industrial software is a plus.
- Experience working with Linux Environments in an industrial environment is a plus.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask and demonstrate strong organization skills.
- Ability to work effectively in both independent and team settings.
- Ability to travel occasionally to international destinations for training and other purposes.
Salary range starts at $90,000 and upward based on relevant skills and experience.
