Job Title: Residential Program Coordinator – Developmental Services, Inc.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising direct care staff, coordinating day-to-day activities, and maintaining communication flow within the Agency and Community Living Services division. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized program plans, ensuring the well-being and success of our clients.

You will also have the opportunity to participate directly in recreational, therapeutic, and training activities of clients, serving as a liaison between clients, families, staff, professionals, and the community.

As a Residential Program Coordinator, you will be required to monitor implementation and follow-up on Individualized Program Plans (IPPs) for each client, schedule and chair interdisciplinary staff meetings for program planning and review, and oversee file maintenance and record keeping.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a human service field preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of experience working with the MR/DD population, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain certification in CPR, First Aid, NCI, and Medication Administration.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Maintain a valid Indiana driver's license, insurance on personal vehicle, and insurability as defined by the agency liability insurance carrier.
