We are currently seeking a qualified Intensive Disability Support Professional to join our team in delivering exceptional care and guidance to our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a human service field and have at least one year of experience working with the developmental disability population, preferably in a residential setting.

This role offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description

This is an exempt position responsible for integrating, coordinating, and monitoring each client's active treatment program, ensuring they receive necessary services and interventions.

  • Provide pre-admission services for client entrance into group living services, including orientation process.
  • Serve as case manager for residential clients by developing and monitoring Individualized Program Plans (IPPs).
  • Coordinate delivery of approved IPP services.
  • Provide individual-specific training to new residential staff and updated trainings as needed.

Key responsibilities also include attending and participating in monthly house meetings, ensuring required annual paperwork is completed, and reviewing monthly data documentation and writing progress reports.

This role requires excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and budgeting abilities, as well as the ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
