About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Liberty Military Housing. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resident Support: Provide timely and effective support to residents, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Lease Administration: Assist with lease preparation, renewal, and termination, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and accurate.
  • Community Maintenance: Work closely with our maintenance team to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of resident requests and issues.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with residents, management, and colleagues to ensure seamless operations and resident satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6 months+ of residential property management or customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in personal computer skills, keyboard, Internet search, email correspondence, math, Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and other software applications preferred.
  • Communication: Effective communication and interaction with customers, vendors, management, co-workers; sufficient to exchange or convey information and to give and receive work direction.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, off-hours, and emergencies as required.
