As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing comprehensive support in all customer-related inquiries. You will serve as a backup for Customer Service Representatives and be responsible for managing various customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist customers with their inquiries and provide solutions to enhance their experience.
2. Navigate the Axapta system to create and process sales orders efficiently.
3. Maintain effective communication with customers and vendors throughout the sales order lifecycle via phone and email.
4. Generate quotes for contracts and follow up as necessary to secure business.
5. Conduct outreach to customers for additional information when required.
Order Management:
Ensure that sales orders are reconciled with available inventory to optimize sales and minimize customer wait times. Coordinate the logistics of order pick-up and delivery.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain an updated database of customer contact information to foster ongoing business relationships. Assist customer service representatives at checkout to enhance service efficiency.
Feedback and Reporting:
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and improve service quality. Document and track customer complaints, ensuring prompt resolution.
Generate reports to monitor sales order progress and its impact on budgeted sales using AX and Excel.
Collaboration:
Work closely with management to ensure that materials needed for fulfilling sales orders are adequately stocked and monitored for supply and shipping status.
Administrative Duties:
Create, modify, and distribute various Excel spreadsheets as required by management and purchasing teams. Ensure that customers are informed about our online resources and assist with their registration.
Marketing and Merchandising:
Stay informed about daily price changes and ensure proper display as per instructions. Utilize marketing tools to explore additional sales opportunities and assist in merchandising and replenishing stock as needed.
Vendor Interaction:
Engage with vendor representatives during their sales visits to gain insights into product offerings. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
