Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Real Estate Research Analyst to join our team at BLR | HCI | CCMI. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for connecting with industry professionals, gathering market insights, and analyzing data to provide valuable information to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals to gather market insights and stay up-to-date on the latest developments and deals.
  • Analyze market activity and accurately analyze market dynamics to provide valuable information to our stakeholders.
  • Support regional marketing efforts, sales conversations, and consulting engagements by providing expert analysis and insights.
  • Conduct exploratory and investigative research to identify and resolve data gaps and ensure the accuracy of our data.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies to improve our datacenterHawk platform and enhance our market research capabilities.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in data center brokerage, consultancy, hyper-scale user, or colocation provider with a focus on real estate transactions.
  • Bachelor's degree.
