Public Health Advisor, Bureau of Public Health Clinics

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Health Advisor to join our team at the Bureau of Public Health Clinics. As a Public Health Advisor, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing health promotion and disease prevention programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor case investigation activities and documentation in appropriate tracking systems and medical record epi.
- Conduct disease intervention counseling and testing activities, including STI interviews and HIV post-test advising sessions.
- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with staff and management to meet employee and client needs.
Requirements:
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college, including or supplemented by twelve semester credits in health education, or in health, social or biological sciences.
- Or a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college, and six months of full-time satisfactory experience in a health promotion or disease intervention/prevention program.
