**Key Responsibilities:**
* Implement individualized care plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each person you assist.
* Provide daily living assistance with cooking, cleaning, and organizing while encouraging independence in these activities.
* Help with personal care routines like hygiene, grooming, and promoting healthy living habits, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
* Support individuals in exploring and utilizing community resources, attending appointments, and participating in social activities.
