Your Day-to-Day

  • Lead the restaurant management team to meet sales and budget objectives
  • Manage food, labor, and paper costs effectively
  • Own scheduling, expense tracking, and labor management processes
  • Implement inventory control procedures and guidelines
  • Hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers
  • Identify and develop high-performing team members for promotions
  • Verify product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met
  • Ability to analyze and learn from financial reports
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • High School diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry
  • Three years of supervisory or leadership experience
  • ServSafe Certification
  • Driven leader with a growth mindset and passion for achieving results
  • Systems and process-oriented
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including mornings, mid-day shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
