Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Find, hire, and develop Taco Bell Restaurant Team Members and Shift Leads, conduct new hire orientation, and develop training plans for each new hire.
  • Scheduling and Deployment: Schedule and deploy the team correctly, ensuring that the restaurant is adequately staffed at all times.
  • Performance Management: Address performance issues promptly and effectively, ensuring that team members are meeting expectations.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant budget and financial plans, ensuring that the restaurant is operating within budget.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Background Check: Must pass a background check
  • Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license
  • Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable private transportation
  • Experience: At least 3 years of General Management experience in the food service industry, with a focus on fast food
  • Skills: Business math and accounting skills, strong analytical and decision-making skills, basic computer literacy
  • Availability: Able to work a varied schedule, including late nights and weekends
