About Us: Hubbard Broadcasting is a full-service media company with 16 radio stations and cutting-edge digital solutions in four of northern Minnesota's most beautiful and active resort communities.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Prospect new business opportunities and identify potential sales leads
- Prepare and present sales presentations to clients and decision-makers
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Work closely with other departments to create effective promotional sales solutions for clients
- Provide exceptional customer service to direct and agency accounts
- Ensure all accounts are paid in a timely manner and follow up on past due accounts
Requirements:
- Previous sales, advertising, digital sales, or media experience preferred
- Knowledge of broadcasting and digital terminology and methodology preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
