The Job Description
This Pharmaceutical Specialist - Neurology position involves driving sales growth by developing territory-specific strategies and executing plans to increase utilization within their defined geography.
Key Skills
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on local and national payer access environments.
- Develop and execute territory business plans and call plans.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience or equivalent life sciences sales experience.
- 2 years of specialty sales experience, preferably in neuroscience, psychiatry, or ADHD/pediatric psychiatry.
Compensation Package
The estimated salary for this role is $110,000-$129,000 USD.
