We are seeking a passionate and skilled Associate Brand Manager to join our marketing team. This individual will support the Brand Marketing team with crafting, executing, and optimizing marketing programs and promotions using multiple channels. The Associate Brand Manager will mainly support Blue Archive as well as other game titles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, define, and lead brand campaigns aligned with business objectives with key stakeholders
  • Coordinate across teams to build best-in-class Marketing Strategies with a focus on broadening our global reach, particularly in the North American region
  • Manage production and approval of communication materials
  • Facilitate communication with external vendors/agencies
  • Handle incidental duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • 2+ years of product marketing or product management experience with digital ad products, OR 3+ years of experience in the digital advertising industry with a deep understanding of gaming
  • Experience partnering with global teams and/or product development teams to represent market requirements
  • Experience taking products through their full lifecycle and developing go-to-market strategies
  • Experience working with Japanese Anime/Manga and culture preferred
