This role is integral to the ongoing success and growth of our organization, contributing to the development and maintenance of Medlogix's online platforms and services.

Position: Administrative Coordinator

Location: Southfield, Michigan

Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage reception duties for the clinic's front desk area.
  2. Handle incoming calls as part of a team rotation.
  3. Check in clients for their appointments.
  4. Process and upload identification documents and completed forms into the Medlogix system.
  5. Verify appointment statuses (attended or missed).
  6. Distribute incoming faxes as part of a collaborative effort.
  7. Assist with file preparation for scanning during downtime.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.

Strong multitasking abilities, a friendly demeanor, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
