Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking a skilled Assembler (2nd Shift) to join our team in filter production. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for assembling various types of filters, ensuring high-quality products meet our stringent standards.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble filters according to specifications, using a variety of techniques, including stapling, applying wrap to pleats, capping, and assembling tubes and springs.
- Perform spot welding, seaming, and spinning operations as required.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy, completing first-piece inspection and ensuring all quality data and product reports are up-to-date.
- May cut media, wrap, or other materials as needed, and apply adhesive and/or plastisol to products or components.
- Participate in daily, weekly, or monthly inventories, as required, and maintain accurate records.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Manufacturing experience preferred, with knowledge of diagrams and specifications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with good attendance and strong communication skills.
- Physical demands include standing, using hands to finger or touch objects, pushing and pulling objects, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
- $17.75/hour pay, with 2nd shift differential pay of $1.00/hour.
- Paid Holidays (13 days each year), Vacation (10 days per year), and Sick Time (40 hours).
- Annual Performance Reviews with potential Pay Increases, and Consistent Quarterly Bonuses.
