Job Summary:

As a Manufacturing Production Welder at Harden, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes. Reporting to the Door Line Supervisor, you will be responsible for welding and assembling metal pieces and products using handheld welding equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up parts for welding and use hand tools, clamps, jigs, and fixtures to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Work from specifications, drawings, and weld symbols to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Prepare and complete work on materials by welding, cutting, grinding, and cleaning metal.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and experienced production associates to perform multiple tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

  • U.S. citizenship
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to learn new skills
  • Follow all Harden policies and procedures regarding safety and quality
  • Complete all necessary process documentation as required

Work Environment:

The Manufacturing Production Welder will work in a live production environment, requiring the ability to walk the production floor and stand for up to 10 hours per day.
