Assembly and Packaging Specialist

DentalEZ is a leading manufacturer of dental equipment, and we are seeking a skilled Assembly and Packaging Specialist to join our team in Lancaster, PA.
This role is an integral part of our Star Dental team, responsible for assembling and packaging our high-quality dental handpieces. The successful candidate will operate various manufacturing machines, including CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and gun drills, to produce high-quality parts.
The ideal candidate will have strong math and computer skills, with experience working with Oracle, SAP, or similar inventory control systems. They will also possess knowledge of routine assembly procedures, techniques, testing, and measuring equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate manufacturing machines to produce high-quality parts
- Assemble and package dental handpieces
- Test and inspect components for cosmetic and functional defects
- Record production time and necessary information into computer software
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with specialized training
- Strong math and computer skills
- Experience with Oracle, SAP, or similar inventory control systems
- Knowledge of routine assembly procedures and techniques
Work Environment:
The Assembly and Packaging Specialist will work in a clean, safe, and climate-controlled environment with non-standing and standing working conditions. The role is part of a stable work environment in an essential business.
