Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at DentalEZ, a leading manufacturer of dental equipment. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in the production of high-quality dental handpieces and other equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and package dental equipment, including handpieces, using various small hand tools and power tools.
  • Follow established procedures and work instructions to ensure the production of quality parts.
  • Record production time and necessary information into computer software.
  • Inspect parts, components, and finished products for cosmetic and functional defects.
  • Perform other work duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
  • Basic computer skills, with experience in Oracle, SAP, or similar inventory control systems preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate in English.
  • Knowledge of routine assembly procedures, techniques, testing, and measuring equipment preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Able to sit, stand, and perform repetitive activities for sustained periods of time.
  • Able to see, feel, and hear surface and functional defects and handle small parts.
  • Able to operate equipment, lift, and move tote pans weighing up to 10 pounds.
  • Able to use an eye loupe.
