Job Title: 1st & 2nd Shift - Assembler
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Aerotek. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling filter systems for our clients. This is a great opportunity to work with a variety of products and learn new skills.
Responsibilities:
Assemble filter systems according to specifications
Perform quality control checks on assembled products
Work in a fast-paced production environment
Collaborate with production team to meet daily performance requirements
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing
Ability to read and understand production procedures
Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
Ability to work overtime as needed
Work Environment:
Our production floor is structured into various cells that are split according to the 2 main business units of filter systems we manufacture. The cells are made of 3-6 production workers, depending on the cell. We have 1 material handler that is packing and palletizing the filters and then the rest of the cell assembles the filters. There is a production manager and an assistant production manager that oversees the production floor and they report up to the plant manager.
