Job Summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Valet Parking Attendant to join our team. As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by safely and efficiently parking and retrieving their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive, park, and retrieve guest and visitor vehicles in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.
  • Be familiar with all hotel services and local attractions to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
  • Resolve guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests and provide legible claim tickets for their luggage.
  • Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage into and out of their vehicles.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
  • Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Thorough knowledge of local areas and roads.
  • 3+ years of experience driving vehicles.
  • Good understanding of the English language and ability to communicate effectively with others.
  • Ability to work in variable weather conditions and maintain security of vehicles and hotel property.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior training in guest relations and previous experience in a similar position.
