Key Responsibilities- Drive, park, and retrieve guest and visitor vehicles in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.
- Be familiar with all hotel services and local attractions to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
- Resolve guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Communicate parking procedures to guests and provide legible claim tickets for their luggage.
- Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage into and out of their vehicles.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Thorough knowledge of local areas and roads.
- 3+ years of experience driving vehicles.
- Good understanding of the English language and ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Ability to work in variable weather conditions and maintain security of vehicles and hotel property.
- Prior training in guest relations and previous experience in a similar position.
