Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Special Event Attendant. As a key member of our Parking and Transportation department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities during events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and maintain cash at assigned deck locations
  • Reconcile event sales and provide accurate financial reports
  • Provide traffic control and safety patrols at assigned deck locations
  • Enforce parking regulations and provide customer service to patrons
  • Provide information and assistance to customers regarding parking and transportation options
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to successfully complete all training programs
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cash handling experience preferred
Physical and Cognitive Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

  • Stand for long periods of time
  • Walk and climb stairs
  • Push and pull heavy objects
  • Work in extreme temperatures and weather conditions
