Parking and Transportation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Special Event Attendant. As a key member of our Parking and Transportation department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities during events.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and maintain cash at assigned deck locations
- Reconcile event sales and provide accurate financial reports
- Provide traffic control and safety patrols at assigned deck locations
- Enforce parking regulations and provide customer service to patrons
- Provide information and assistance to customers regarding parking and transportation options
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to successfully complete all training programs
- Cash handling experience preferred
This position requires the ability to:
- Stand for long periods of time
- Walk and climb stairs
- Push and pull heavy objects
- Work in extreme temperatures and weather conditions
This position requires working in a fast-paced environment with:
- Extreme heat and cold
- Extreme noise levels
- Vibrations and fumes
This position requires the ability to:
- Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stimuli
- Handle intense customer interactions
- Work in a dynamic and changing environment
This position requires the ability to:

- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
This position requires working a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a maximum of 29 hours per week.
