Primary Responsibilities:
  • General Administrative Support: Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance including responding to phone inquiries, managing correspondence (emails, mail, etc.), and overseeing office supplies.
  • Appointment & Calendar Coordination: Organize and manage appointments, meetings, and events for executives and team members.
  • Communication Management: Serve as a liaison for internal and external communications, ensuring that inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange and book travel logistics for team members, encompassing flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Aid in the preparation of meeting agendas, record meeting minutes, and distribute pertinent materials to attendees.
  • Vendor Communication: Interact with vendors and service providers, manage invoices, and ensure timely processing of office expenses.
  • Event Planning: Assist in the organization and execution of company events, meetings, and other activities.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
