RN OR FT Days Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Abrazo Health Network. As a RN OR FT Days, you will provide professional nursing care within an assigned unit, coordinating care planning with other disciplines and acting as a supervisor to direct other healthcare employees.
Key Responsibilities- Provides individualized, age-specific, and direct bedside nursing care based on the nursing process and patient needs.
- Coordinates care planning with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Acts as a supervisor, assessing, planning, delegating, and utilizing independent judgment in directing other healthcare employees for the provision of patient care.
- Systematically evaluates the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice to identify patient goals.
- Participates in hourly rounding and observes safety guidelines and safe work practices.
- License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona.
- CPR certification.
- ACLS certification as applicable by Facility/by Department.
- Minimum of two years of current Level III NICU experience including neonatal ventilator.
- Preferred experience in acute care, certification in specialty area of practice, and BSN degree.
